Dawnmarie specializes in Assisted Living operations and holds a Florida Administrator License, reflecting her deep commitment to the field. Her core values—integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, teamwork, and collaboration—guide her approach and have been instrumental in her success. Notably, she has increased revenues and achieved 100% occupancy at Meridian Senior Living.
Dawnmarie holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Medical Office Management, which complements her practical experience. She is particularly passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Her dedication is further demonstrated through her service as a board member for the Alzheimer’s Association and as the Florida Chapter President for the Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) in the Pasco-Hernando region.
Outside of her professional life, Dawnmarie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, painting, and exploring various artistic pursuits. Her unwavering commitment to improving senior care and her significant contributions to the industry make her a respected and influential figure.
Sarah's journey has been marked by a deep passion for Alzheimer’s and dementia care, alongside a notable talent for managing and leading teams. On her first day as a nurse, her Director of Nursing predicted that Sarah would always return to memory care—a true prediction. During the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, as the Director of Nursing at an assisted living facility, Sarah maintained a zero-turnover rate with her nursing staff, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and ability to foster a supportive and engaging work environment.
Sarah's accomplishments include achieving multiple zero-deficiency surveys in Florida and successfully launching and implementing various EHR and EMAR systems such as EPIC, YARDI, and Tabula Pro.
Raised in Georgia and a proud supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs, she moved to Florida in 2007 and pursued nursing school straight out of high school. In her free time, Sarah enjoys golfing, fishing, ATV riding, and spending quality time with her family.
Her dedication to memory care and her talent for creating a positive, long-term environment for both staff and residents make her a standout professional in her field.
